Policy

• I am a licensed cosmetologist from New Orleans and I specialize in Healthy Hair, cuts, color and luxury extension services. You can also find my work on Instagram @Kellydhair or on TikTok @beaucouphair

• Please be sure to read the description of all services before booking.

• Consultations are required for all chemical and extension services.

• Please DO NOT come to your appointment with tangled hair unless you need help detangling your hair…if you need help detangling your hair please book the “detangling service” or let me know in the notes.

• The duration time allotted for services are for booking purposes to fit a certain amount of people daily. You may or may not be done being serviced according to the duration listed. For instance, a silk press states 1 hour but that is for the actual service and does not include the time it takes to wash, steam treat/deep condition, blow dry and trim. Please schedule other appts that you may have the same day and communicate with me please.

• In life things happen….although I value time, I am understanding so please call/txt if you’re running late.

• If you are 15-20 minutes late and I do not hear from you that is considered a No Show. I am not in the business to take anyone’s money so please communicate with me.

Deposit Policy

Kelly D Hair requires a deposit to be paid at time of booking in order to secure an appointment. This deposit is non-refundable, and will be kept if you cancel without rescheduling. If you have any questions about your deposit, please contact Kelly D Hair.

No-Show / Late Cancellation Policy

If you cancel less than 24 hours prior or fail to show up at your appointment, your deposit will be kept and you will be charged the difference between your deposit and 25% of service price for cancelling with less than 24 hours notice and 50% if you fail to show up at your appointment.

Photos

By receiving services at BeaucoupHair, you consent to having your hairstyle photographed and potentially used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, our website, and other marketing materials. We respect your privacy and will ensure that no personal information is shared without your explicit consent. If you do not wish for your hairstyle to be photographed or used in our promotional materials, please notify us prior to your service. Your preferences will be fully honored.

Kids 12 and under allowed upon request

We provide services for children aged 12 and older. Minors under 12 are welcome to accompany a parent or guardian but must receive prior approval to sit in the salon while the adult is being serviced. All minors under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
